Application of A Capture Technique to the 3D Harbor Construction

Abstract The main purpose of this paper is to design an innovative ship handling simulation program by combining the development Quest3D software and Google earth harbor terrain software. describes usage retrieve latitude longitude elevation, through GIS conversion 3D graphical model generate Quest construction blueprint. Projectors display image with build-in formula calculated angle settings achieve a better perspective for projectors installation. A virtual reality scene was built using Maya Model, then we overlap module complete famous world ports. results will be tested in simulator machine at laboratory.
